1. How to Become a VIP Member
Online Store
✓ A single purchase of NT$3,000 or more qualifies you for VIP membership, effective from your next order.
✓ Accumulated purchases reaching NT$3,000 or more also qualify you for VIP membership, effective from your next order.
Physical Store
✓ A single purchase of NT$3,000 or more qualifies you for VIP membership, effective from your next purchase.
✓ Accumulated purchases reaching NT$3,000 or more also qualify you for VIP membership, effective from your next purchase.
Important Notice:
Purchases made online and in-store may be combined for VIP qualification; however, they must be registered under the same VIP account, using the same name and phone number.
Please ensure your online order information matches your in-store membership details to allow proper accumulation and synchronization.
Once upgraded, VIP benefits apply to both online and physical stores. If your VIP status has not been activated, please contact us for assistance.

3. Membership Usage & Guidelines
- VIP benefits apply to both online and physical store purchases upon activation, with no minimum spending requirement (subject to specific promotional terms).
- VIP membership may be shared in physical stores (via phone number, membership card, or name verification); however, online VIP accounts are limited to a single registered account and cannot be transferred or duplicated.
- VIP members enjoy 10% off regular-priced ribbon products and 5% off imported products. Online store birthday credits are issued based on the registered birth month.
- VIP discounts do not apply to bulk-size items, custom ribbons, classes, shipping fees, or discounted products.
- Free shipping is available for orders over NT$3,000 after discounts (excluding packaging paper series). Orders below this amount will be charged standard shipping fees based on the selected delivery method.
- For in-store purchases, please present your VIP card (old version) or provide your registered phone number, membership ID, or full name for verification.
- To ensure system integrity and membership consistency, the online store uses a phone-number-based VIP account system. Each phone number can only be linked to one VIP account and cannot be re-registered or reused.
4. Online & Physical Store Notes
▽ Online purchases are automatically accumulated and upgraded once the VIP threshold is reached. Benefits apply from the next order onward.
▽ VIP status becomes effective from the next transaction after qualification, regardless of whether it is earned online or in-store.
▽ VIP benefits are valid across both channels once activated (subject to system or in-store verification).
▽ Online store credits, birthday rewards, and discount codes are valid only for online use and cannot be used in physical stores.
▽ VIP policies may differ slightly between online and physical stores; please refer to official announcements for details.
▽ Existing in-store VIP members who wish to activate online VIP benefits may contact customer service for verification and activation. Benefits will take effect from the next order after approval.
