1. Friendly Reminder
To ensure you receive full membership benefits, we recommend registering and logging into your account before placing an order.
This helps you avoid missing out on new member credits, free shipping thresholds, and VIP qualification accumulation.
♦ If you do not register as a member, we are unable to retroactively issue shopping credits or membership benefits.
2. Gift Promotions
★ Ribbon Promotion – Buy 5 Get 1 Gift
Purchase any five regular-priced ribbon items and receive one random gift (up to 5 gifts per order).
Gift items may vary depending on promotional periods.
♦ Discounted items and tools are not eligible for this promotion.
♦ Items marked with a “blue star＊” are not eligible for this promotion.
★ All gifts and promotions are subject to final checkout results. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions.
3. New Member Discount
★ 5% OFF First Purchase
New members are entitled to a one-time 5% discount on their first order (automatically applied for orders over NT$200).
♦ Applicable only to regular-priced ribbon products.
♦ Not applicable to discounted items, outlet products, items marked with “blue star＊”, bundled sets, or tools.
4. Shopping Credit System (Triple Rewards)
★ First Registration Credit
New members receive NT$50 shopping credit (one-time use, valid for 30 days).
★ Birthday Credit
Members receive NT$100 shopping credit on their birthday (once per year, valid for 30 days).
★ Purchase Reward Credit
Earn 2% shopping credit on each order over NT$200 (excluding shipping fees).
Credit is issued per order and valid for 150 days.
Example:
NT$1,000 purchase → NT$20 credit
NT$1,500 purchase → NT$30 credit
5. Referral Program
★ Referral Rewards
• New member:
Register via referral link and receive NT$100 shopping credit (valid for 50 days).
• Referrer reward:
When the referred customer completes their first order over NT$200 (with no return), the referrer receives NT$100 shopping credit (valid for 50 days).
♦ Each new member is eligible for the referral reward once.
♦ Referrer rewards are based on successful referrals.

6. Shopping Credit Terms
♦ Shopping credits can be used up to 5% of the total order amount per purchase.
♦ Credits can only be applied to regular-priced items.
♦ Credits cannot be used for shipping fees.
♦ Credits cannot be used in physical stores.
♦ Each credit type has its own expiration date and cannot be extended once expired.
♦ Used credits will not be refunded in case of returns.
♦ Outlet items, discounted products, boxed promotional items, and tools are not eligible for credit usage.
♦ Items marked with “blue star＊” are also not eligible.
7. VIP Membership (Online Accumulation)
★ VIP Qualification
• Single purchase of NT$3,000 or more → VIP status effective from next order
• Accumulated purchases reaching NT$3,000 → VIP status effective from next order
★ VIP Benefits
• 10% off regular-priced ribbon products
• 5% off imported ribbon products
8. Discounts & Promotions Policy

10. Order Cancellation & Credit Handling
》 Customer-requested cancellation → Used shopping credits are non-refundable
》 Orders unpaid within 14 days → Automatically canceled (credits will not be reissued)
》 Credit card payment timeout → Order canceled; credits restored based on original validity or 30-day rule
》 Out-of-stock cancellation → Credits will be refunded and original validity restored
