1. Our Commitment to a Smooth Shopping Experience
If there is any issue with the product (such as defects, damage, or if the item does not match your order), please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will assist you in handling the return or exchange in a reasonable and smooth manner to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
2. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day after receiving the product.
The cooling-off period is provided for you to check whether the product is correct and complete, and is not intended as a trial period.
Returned items must be kept in a condition that allows them to be restored to original status.
3. Special Nature of Ribbon Products
Ribbon products are cuttable and may be altered during use. Once the product has been cut, used, or processed, it may no longer be in its original condition.
To ensure product quality and fairness, we recommend checking the product carefully before use.
Products that have been used, altered, or cannot be restored to original condition may not be eligible for return.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective product, damaged item, or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and do not use the item.
We will assist you with inspection and provide replacement or refund if applicable.
5. Return Conditions
To ensure smooth processing, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be in complete condition
- Original packaging must be included
- All accessories and gifts must be returned
- Proof of purchase should be provided if available
Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may affect eligibility for return.
6. Color Variation & Subjective Differences
Due to differences in screen settings, slight color variations (approximately 5%–10%) may occur.
We strive to present product colors as accurately as possible. However, color differences and subjective perception (such as personal preference differences) are not considered defects.
7. Non-Returnable or Restricted Return Cases
Returns may not be accepted or may be affected under the following conditions:
- Product has been cut, used, or altered
- Product is not in original condition
- Return request is made after the 7-day period
- Return is requested due to non-product-related reasons (e.g., personal preference differences)
8. Unclaimed Packages & Shipping Issues
If a package is not collected within the designated period and is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
If a refund is requested, shipping or payment processing fees may be deducted based on actual costs incurred.
9. Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the transaction.
Partial refunds will be calculated proportionally.
Promotional credits or bonus points may not be refundable.
10. Fees & Charges
Any additional costs resulting from customer-related issues (such as return shipping or payment processing fees) will be charged based on actual costs incurred.
