Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Specific delivery dates cannot be requested.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for parcels that remain uncollected for more than 7 days after arrival at the pickup location.
If reshipment is required, a new order must be placed or additional shipping charges must be paid.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping via Chunghwa Post International Express Mail Service (EMS) to Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, and Canada.

SF Express service may also be available for selected destinations in Hong Kong and Macau.

International Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the package.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Any such charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, flight schedules, local logistics arrangements, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
